Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the job state is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, vendors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs, issue access credentials, and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
