Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; escalate as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports; document observations.
