Allied Universal in Hershey, PA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Access Support to safeguard clients in a food and beverage location, conduct patrols, monitor access, and provide customer-focused service.

The role requires using computer/tablet systems, reporting incidents, and adhering to site policies, with a schedule including evening shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience. Familiarity with security protocols and badge management.
• Proficiency in using computers or tablets and navigating software applications.
• Background in customer service handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response where needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner per reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeters to identify hazards and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries according to site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities for Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
