Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license in the job state.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks in accordance with laws.
• Criminal history considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, vendors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor and contractor logs, issue access credentials, and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
