Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking enthusiastic part-time coaches to teach children ages 2–8 on weekends, delivering our proven curriculum with a focus on character and skill development. You'll coach up to 12 children in a Pre-K setting, ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging experience for every player.

You’ll receive thorough training, uniforms, and equipment, with flexible scheduling to fit your location.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• High School Diploma.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
