Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking energetic coaches to lead kids ages 2-8 in our curriculum-driven sessions at schools, parks, or indoor fields.

You will deliver fun, structured soccer activities, emphasize character development, and provide a positive experience for families and faculty. Weekend availability required; paid training; uniforms provided; licensing reimbursements available.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
