Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking energetic coaches to lead 30- to 45-minute sessions for children aged 2–8. You’ll deliver our curriculum with a focus on skill development and character growth, in Pre-K schools, parks, or indoor facilities in New Haven County.

Weekend availability is required and you must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. We offer training, uniform, equipment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Energetic, confident, and motivated personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• High School Diploma.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field in New Haven County.
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development.
• Arrive early to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
