Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking coaches to lead fun, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. You will deliver our curriculum, foster character development, and provide a safe, positive experience for families in local communities.

Comfort with weekend coaching, reliable transportation, and enthusiasm for youth development are essential. Training is provided, with uniforms and equipment supplied, and licensing reimbursements available as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre‑K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development.
