Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking enthusiastic coaches to lead youth sessions for children aged 2 to 8. You will implement a curriculum that blends skill-building with character development in varied settings such as Pre-K classes, parks, or indoor fields.

Weekend availability is essential, and you should bring high energy, reliability, and a passion for positively impacting young players. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
