Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking energetic coaches to lead engaging youth soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 in New Haven County. You will deliver skill-building and character development, follow our curriculum, and provide a positive experience for families.

Weekend availability is required. Training is provided, with $25/hour during regular sessions and $20/hour during training. Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License are needed to travel between sites.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field in New Haven County.
• Implement Soccer Shots curriculum focused on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage class rosters and complete session feedback forms.

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
