Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Connecticut is seeking energetic coaches to lead classes for children ages 2-8. You will implement our curriculum, manage sessions, and create a positive experience for families at various locations.

Flexible scheduling is available with training provided. A valid ID/driver's license and a background check are required to join our caring team dedicated to building confidence and character in young players.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field.
• Implement our curriculum focusing on skill and character development.
• Arrive on-time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families.
• Manage class rosters and fill out session feedback forms.

Job description

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
