Phoenix Home Care and Hospice overland Park is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality Specialist. You are the first voice people hear and the first face they see when they walk through our doors.

Bring energy, warmth, calm, and professionalism to a fast-moving office environment. You will manage a high volume of calls, greet applicants and visitors, route inquiries, support staff and families with information, and assist with clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Welcome applicants, caregivers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and kindness.
• Connect callers and guests to the right departments quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with problem solving and gathering information for staff and families.
• Support office operations with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Prepare documentation and reports as needed.
