Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in retail or customer service environment, with industrial sales exposure a plus.
• Forklift experience required; training provided upon hire.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance as needed.
• Strong customer service skills for a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic math and computer tools, including POS systems.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Occasional overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-energy customer interaction with operational support.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share quality insights.
• Manage order entry and process transactions.
• Ensure paperwork, costing, and pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate via phone, email, and in person with customers and team.
• Assist in deposits reconciliation and cash handling.
• Support optimal inventory and showroom displays.
• Coordinate cylinder movement and pallet organization.
