Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service environment.
• Forklift experience required; training provided on hire.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Ability to move items up to 60 pounds regularly with assistance as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic math and computer tools, including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-energy customer service and assist with product selection of gases, welding equipment, and supplies.
• Process orders, pricing, and documentation; reconcile deposits as needed.
• Coordinate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide pricing and delivery information.
• Show customers how to operate equipment and explain product quality to support problem solving.
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep showroom displays welcoming.
