Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Forklift experience required; training provided on hire.
• Must be able to move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable using basic math and computer tools, including POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company safety policies and PPE usage to ensure a secure environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners, fostering relationships.
• Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing.
• Assist customers in identifying the best tools, hardware, and materials for their tasks; demonstrate equipment use.
• Manage order entry and processes transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
