Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and other essential supplies to customers.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials needed for projects.
• Process orders and deposits, reconcile payments as needed.
• Coordinate with customers and team via phone, email, and in person to provide costs and delivery details.
• Maintain shelves and showroom displays for a welcoming customer experience.
