You will guide customers on tools and materials, ensuring accurate paperwork and secure transaction handling.

You will manage order entries, pricing, and deposits, coordinate between locations, and help build long-term customer relationships while maintaining a safe, efficient showroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials needed for projects.
• Handle order entry, pricing, coding and deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate transfers of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves for a welcoming customer experience.
• Communicate cost and delivery information via phone, email, or in person.
