Job summary

NOW Courier, Inc. is seeking dependable owner-operators with cargo vans or Sprinter vans (2014+). Route covers Indianapolis and nearby areas, Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM. You run your own delivery business as a 1099 contractor and earn via route revenue percentage.

Average weekly earnings are around $1,500, with compensation tied to vehicle classification and route volume. You’ll be responsible for fuel, maintenance, and insurance, with company support from dispatch and operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer; cargo van or Sprinter van required.
• Smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Have a valid driver's license and $300,000+ combined single limit liability Auto/Commercial insurance.
• Must enroll in WUD insurance through our contractor system.
• Successfully pass pre-employment screening including driving history, background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Pickup, transport, and deliver packages on assigned route.
• Complete approximately 35–70 stops per day.
• Operate your own cargo van or Sprinter van safely and professionally.
• Load, organize, and secure packages for delivery.
• Follow routes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain delivery records using the driver app.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations.
• Provide reliable service at every delivery location.
