Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer; cargo van or Sprinter van.
• Valid driver's license and $300,000 liability insurance.
• Smartphone capable of running driver app.
• Enrollment in WUD insurance with our system.
• Pass comprehensive pre-employment screening (driving history, background, drug screening).

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver packages on the assigned route.
• Complete approximately 35–70 delivery stops per day.
• Operate your own cargo van or Sprinter van safely and professionally.
• Load, organize, and secure packages for efficient delivery.
• Follow assigned routes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate delivery records using the driver app.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Provide professional and reliable service at every location.
