Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking Contract Delivery Drivers to join our regional fleet. You’ll pick up and deliver cargo across Indiana with flexible routes and shifts, using GPS and a driver app to stay efficient.

You’ll communicate with customers and dispatchers, ensuring on-time delivery while upholding safety standards. This opportunity supports a self-directed schedule, with potential weekly earnings and access to benefits through our partner network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Vehicle: 2014 model year or newer and in good working condition; rust-free and passes multi-point inspection.
• Must possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Valid driver's license and commercial insurance with minimum $300,000 liability.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment screening: driving history (past 36 months), criminal background, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver cargo to customers on time, every time.
• Use GPS/navigation to chart most streamlined routes.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and dispatchers with real-time updates.
• Adhere to traffic laws, secure cargo, and wear safety gear.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate problem-solving when routes or addresses pose challenges.
