Job summary

NOW Courier is seeking Contract Delivery Drivers to join our fleet with flexible routes across Indiana. You’ll have the freedom to schedule your days while delivering exceptional service to customers.

New drivers receive expert guidance as they take on 30–100 stops daily, 6:00–9:00 AM start windows, and earnings potential up to $800–$1,200 per week. Routes run Mon–Fri with Saturday opportunities; most trips end by 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer and in good condition.
• Smartphone and driver app access required.
• Valid driver’s license and $300,000+ commercial liability insurance.
• Comprehensive pre-employment screenings including driving history, background, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver cargo on time, every time.
• Use GPS and routing tools to chart efficient routes.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and dispatchers with real-time updates.
• Adhere to safety standards and properly secure cargo.
• Deliver customer service excellence and resolve questions or issues.
