NOW Courier is seeking dependable Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Owner-Operators to service a dedicated Indianapolis route on weekdays. Start time is 6:00 AM, with completion of deliveries. Earnings average around $1,500 weekly, based on vehicle size and route revenue.

Contractors must own a vehicle (2014+), have smartphone access, and carry commercial liability insurance. Pre-employment screening and WUD insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: 2014 model year or newer, cargo van or Sprinter van.
• Smartphone: Driver app-capable smartphone.
• Licensing & Insurance: Valid driver's license and $300,000+ liability insurance.
• WUD Insurance: Enroll in WUD insurance through third-party system.
• Pre-Employment Screening: Complete driving history, criminal background, and drug screening.

NOW Courier is looking for dependable, motivated Cargo Van and Sprinter Van Owner-Operators to service an established distribution route covering Indianapolis and surrounding communities.

• End Time: Upon completion of assigned deliveries

• Average Daily Stops: 35–70

Compensation & Earning Potential

Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,500

NOW Courier offers a percentage-based compensation structure that takes into account the type and size of the vehicle used for delivery services.

Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Picking up, transporting, and delivering packages throughout an assigned distribution route.
• Completing approximately 35–70 delivery stops per day.
• Operating your own cargo van or Sprinter van safely and professionally.
• Loading, organizing, and securing packages for efficient delivery.
• Following assigned routes and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate delivery records using our driver application.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and operations personnel.
• Providing professional and reliable service at every delivery location.
• Ensuring packages are handled carefully and delivered accurately.

To maintain our industry-leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: The vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer and suitable for delivery. A cargo van or Sprinter van is required for this route. The vehicle must be in good working condition, maintain a professional appearance, be rust-free, and pass a multi-point vehicle inspection.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• While Under Dispatch (WUD) Insurance: Contractors must enroll in WUD insurance through our third‑party contractor management system.
• Pre-Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre‑employment screening process before beginning work, which includes:
• Driving History Review (past 36 months)
• Criminal Background Check
• Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening
