Job summary

NOW Courier Inc. in Indiana is seeking dependable Contract Delivery Drivers who are self-motivated and customer-focused. You will pick up and deliver cargo on diverse routes across the region, using a cargo van or Sprinter, with a flexible schedule and support to help you succeed in a self-managed role.

You will earn weekly pay and access benefits through our partner network. A valid license, insurance, a 2014+ vehicle, and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Vehicle must be 2014 model year or newer and in good condition
• Smartphone capable of running the driver app
• Valid driver's license and $300,000+ combined single limit liability insurance
• Must pass comprehensive pre-employment screening (driving history, background check, drug screening)

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver cargo to customers on time, every time
• Use GPS/maps to chart and follow efficient routes
• Maintain clear communication with customers and dispatchers
• Adhere to traffic laws and ensure cargo is secure
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Adapt to route changes and address problems quickly
