Job summary

Très LA Bistro & Café is seeking a experienced Café Supervisor to lead weekday operations and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time, non-tipped role involves hands-on beverage prep, supervision of the café team, training development, and inventory management. Expect steady weekday hours, growth opportunities within Très LA Group, and a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee or high-volume café environment.
• At least 1 year in a café supervisor or lead role.
• Strong espresso extraction, milk steaming, and beverage preparation skills.
• Comfortable supervising and coaching others while maintaining quality.
• Familiar with opening procedures, inventory, and ordering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and ensure an organized, welcoming environment.
• Lead opening procedures each morning and ensure the café is stocked for service.
• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, smoothies, and other offerings.
• Manage inventory counts and weekly orders; receive deliveries and rotate stock.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching on beverage prep and POS procedures.
• Help maintain training materials and SOPs; improve café processes over time.
