Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a dynamic Resort Wedding Sales Manager to lead full-time year-round wedding and social events sales. You will drive revenue, manage client relationships from inquiry to execution, and coordinate with lodging, F&B, and other teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience, a proven track record in wedding sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of related sales experience in hospitality, resort, or event management.
Proven track record of success in wedding or group event sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth for weddings, receptions, and related group events across resort offerings.
Solicit, negotiate, and book wedding and social group business through proactive sales efforts and site tours.
Develop and manage the annual sales plan and budget for the wedding segment, including forecasting and optimization.
