Zusammenfassung

Wintergreen Resort seeks a Manager of Wedding Sales & Services to lead the sales, contracting, planning, and execution of weddings and select events. You will be the primary liaison from inquiry through post-event follow-up, crafting customized experiences and maximizing resort revenue across accommodations, F&B, and services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, wedding sales, or event planning.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management systems.

Aufgaben

• Sell, contract, and coordinate weddings and social events per resort guidelines.
• Serve as direct report to the Wedding Services Manager.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and conduct client consultations and site visits.
• Develop customized proposals and maximize revenue across accommodations, F&B, and event spaces.
• Coordinate all event details, timelines, and vendor requirements with resort departments.
• Maintain client files, contracts, and BEOs; communicate changes to departments.
• Lead planning meetings, pre-event reviews, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience and profitability for the resort.
