Job summary

Bohemia Manor Farm is seeking a results-driven Wedding Sales Manager to lead weekend wedding sales and convert inquiries into booked events. You will manage inbound inquiries, conduct venue tours, build client relationships, and negotiate proposals and contracts.

The ideal candidate has hospitality sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of hitting targets. This role offers a competitive base plus commission in a high-end event environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, weddings or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full wedding sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Qualify prospects through discovery to understand event needs and timelines.
• Conduct personalized property tours and sales presentations.
• Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams for a seamless experience.
• Participate in weddings expos, networking events, open houses, and showcases.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual wedding sales goals.
