The Dominion Club in Glen Allen, Virginia, is seeking a Private Event and Wedding Sales Manager to join our team. You will report to the Private Events Director and serve as the #2 within the Private Events department, supporting sales, planning, coordination, and execution of weddings, social events, corporate functions, golf outings, and other special events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in catering or wedding sales, strong sales and organizational skills, and the ability to work closely

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in catering sales or wedding sales.
• Experience in private clubs, hotels, or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Excellent sales, organization, and client-relations skills.

Aufgaben

• Support the Private Events Director in achieving wedding, catering, and private event sales goals.
• Respond to event inquiries, conduct venue tours, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Assist with the sales and coordination of weddings, social events, corporate functions, golf outings, and other private events.
• Work with clients through planning, timelines, menus, room layouts, vendor coordination, and event details.
• Coordinate with culinary, food & beverage, golf, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Attend 1–2 off-property bridal expos per year.
• Partner with the Private Events Director to host club weddings and events.
