Ceresville Mansion is seeking a motivated Venue Sales Representative for part-time, on-site work in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on converting inquiries into booked weddings and events through professional communication, tours, and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and goal-driven, with a background in sales or hospitality. This position offers part-time hours Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with $24/hour plus commission and opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
• Conduct engaging venue tours with potential clients.
• Create detailed proposals and contracts for prospective couples and clients.
• Maintain follow-up with leads to maximize conversions.
• Guide clients through the sales process to contract signing and deposits.
• Transition booked clients to Account Management for ongoing planning.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and booked events using TripleSeat and internal systems.
• Maintain knowledge of spaces, packages, and current promotions.
