Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking a Venue Sales Specialist to drive bookings across our 45+ wedding and event venues. You will conduct venue tours, propose tailored solutions, and guide couples from interest to contract, especially during peak evenings and weekends.

This relationship-driven role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a competitive team environment. You will travel within the DFW area and build lasting client partnerships while representing Walters hospitality with

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated success closing deals and managing a sales pipeline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (email, phone, text, and in-person).
Ability to learn and retain complex product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead venue tours to showcase features and inclusions and help couples envision their celebration.
Develop deep knowledge of venues, catering, bar options, vendors, and services to position the right solution.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
Close deals and move interested couples to contracts, working during peak hours including evenings and weekends.
