Job summary

Trademark Venues is seeking a part-time Wedding Venue Tour Guide to welcome prospective couples, conduct informative tours, and highlight venue features. You will collaborate with sales to ensure a seamless client journey and help clients visualize their wedding day.

The role requires excellent communication, strong presentation skills, and enthusiasm for weddings and events. Previous sales, hospitality, or event planning experience is preferred, with the ability to work daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about the venue and refer prospective clients to a product specialist for pricing and specific package information.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our venues, services, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
• Complete other duties as assigned
