Responsibilities

• Run events handling logistics from setup to guest sendoff including banquet operations
• Coordinate all wedding details with couples to ensure smooth execution on the big day
• Manage rehearsal coordination, decor setup and day-of wedding planning
• Assist with admin tasks such as floor plans and vendor communications
• Collaborate with in-house planning, sales teams, on-site staff and external vendors to deliver memorable experiences
