Responsibilities

• Run events from setup to guest sendoff and manage event team.
• Coordinate wedding details and ensure smooth day-of execution.
• Coordinate rehearsal, decor setup, and day-of wedding planning.
• Assist with floor plans, vendor communications, and logistics.
• Collaborate with in-house planning, sales, staff, and external vendors.
