Responsibilities

• Assist with ceremony and reception setup according to the approved floor plan.
• Place décor items including signage, candles, favors, menus, place cards, and personal details.
• Ensure décor and event spaces remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Welcome and direct vendors upon arrival.
• Coordinate specialty moments including cake cutting, grand entrance preparation, speeches, first dances, bouquet toss, and other scheduled events.
• Represent Leigh & Co. with professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional client service.
