Job summary

Leigh & Co. is seeking a responsive Event Coordinator to assist with wedding ceremony and reception setup, décor placement, and guest management. You will coordinate timing with the Lead Planner and vendors to ensure a seamless flow from arrival through reception transitions.

You will support ceremony line-up, manage guest questions, and execute specialty moments with poise, delivering outstanding client service for every event.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating setup, guest management and timeline monitoring to ensure smooth events.
• Ability to execute specialty moments with professional client service and calm handling of logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ceremony and reception setup according to the floor plan.
• Place décor items and ensure décor and spaces are presentation-ready.
• Welcome and direct vendors on arrival and coordinate timing with staff.
• Assist with ceremony organization, line-up of wedding party and processional timing.
• Manage guest flow and answer guest questions throughout the event.
• Monitor reception timeline alongside Lead Planner and assist with room flips.
• Coordinate specialty moments (cake cutting, entrances, speeches, first dances).
• Collect personal items and secure décor at event conclusion.
• Support problem-solving while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Represent Leigh & Co. with professionalism and exceptional client service.
