This role focuses on weekends with events primarily, assisting with setup, guest experience, vendor coordination, and timeline execution. You will work under the Lead Planner to ensure smooth transitions and maintain a calm, client-focused service throughout each wedding day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ceremony and reception setup and floor plan execution
• Place décor items and manage presentation-ready spaces
• Welcome and direct vendors upon arrival
• Assist with ceremony organization and processional timing
• Help manage guest flow and answer questions during events
• Monitor reception timeline with Lead Planner
• Assist with room flips and transitions as needed
• Coordinate moments like cake cutting and first dances
• Ensure belongings and décor are packed after events
• Represent Leigh & Co. with professionalism and client service
