Brilliant Infotech Inc. seeks an experienced Website Modernization Project Lead to manage a government website redesign using Drupal and Tyler Technologies.

The role covers content strategy, migration, accessibility compliance, governance, and stakeholder coordination, delivering end-to-end through production launch. The candidate will drive content strategy, IA, and migration for 100+ pages while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale website redesigns through launch.
• Experience with government/public-sector website modernization and large content libraries.
• Hands-on website implementation, migration, or redevelopment experience.
• Knowledge of Drupal, ADA Title II, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience with content strategy, information architecture, content migration, and web governance.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and attend in-person meetings in Jackson, MS as required.

Seeking an experienced Website Modernization Project Lead to manage a large-scale government website redesign and redevelopment using Drupal and Tyler Technologies. The role involves content strategy, content migration, accessibility compliance, web governance, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end delivery through production launch.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience leading large-scale website redesign/redevelopment projects through launch.
• Experience with government/public-sector website modernization and large content libraries (100+ pages).
• Hands-on website implementation, migration, or redevelopment experience.
• Knowledge of Drupal, ADA Title II, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience with content strategy, information architecture, content migration, and web governance.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• State government, Medicaid, healthcare, or human services experience.
• Tyler Technologies platforms, Smartsheet workflows, and enterprise content migration.
• Accessibility certifications (CPACC/WAS) or PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or CBAP.
• Experience managing websites with 200+ pages.
