Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Senior Website Leader to drive the Website squad, improving conversion for demo bookings and self-sign-ups. You will work closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data to deliver measurable business impact, while integrating AI into daily processes and scaling the website for international expansion.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in CRO or product management for high-traffic sites, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Conversion, or Product, including people-management.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Strong leadership and prioritization skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing and developing teams with a focus on experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Website squad and collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams.
• Define and prioritize initiatives to improve demo bookings and self-sign-ups.
• Oversee A/B testing program, experiments, and data-driven decision making.
• Ensure website performance, reliability, and security in collaboration with Engineering.
• Align Growth and Data on trusted metrics and reporting.
• Lead brand updates and support international expansion.
