Job summary

Pennylane, a French fintech unicorn, is seeking a Growth/Website Lead to own a strategic website attracting large demo bookings and sign-ups. You will manage a multidisciplinary team across conversion, product, and engineering, expanding the site and CRO capabilities with rigorous analytics.

The role offers hybrid work in Paris or fully remote anywhere in France, with a culture focused on ownership, execution, and learning.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in Growth, CRO, or Product with people management.
• Expertise in CRO, product management, and analytics tools GA4 and Amplitude.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.

• Own a strategic website attracting over 450,000 monthly visits and driving demo bookings and self-sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team across conversion, product, and engineering.
• Scale experimentation and CRO with statistical rigor and clear decision-making.
• Deliver high-impact projects like brand redesigns and international expansion.
