Monitor organic search traffic, rankings, and AI search visibility, surfacing insights to help optimize web content.
  • Analytics, Behavioral Tools & Performance Reporting – Maintain web analytics and behavioral tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) to track user activity, click maps, and conversion funnels. Draft regular performance reports, tracking key metrics across traffic, engagement, search visibility, and conversions. Help ensure proper event and campaign tracking parameters (UTMs) are applied consistently across web properties.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Content Management – Manage day‑to‑day CMS publishing, landing page creation, content updates, and routine site maintenance. Serve as the main point of contact for internal team web requests, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, quality assurance, and accessibility guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams, IT, and external agency partners to track web project deliverables, timelines, and technical task execution.
Additional Duties
