Job summary

Ciena is seeking a Digital Engagement specialist to manage webinar and email marketing programs, ensuring high-quality communications through Marketo and related tools. You will support audience engagement, program QA, and performance reporting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role focuses on configuring campaigns, forms, landing pages, and scheduled sends, with collaboration across webinar, event, and marketing teams. Prior experience with webinars and marketing platforms is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years using Marketo or similar marketing automation.
• Experience building or supporting email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated programs.
• Email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, suppression logic, scheduling, compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple timelines and stakeholder requests.
• Familiarity with marketing performance data collection and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketo builds and execution for webinar and event emails.
• QA for program elements: lists, campaigns, forms, landing pages, scheduling.
• Collaborate with webinar and email marketers to align with strategy and best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and timelines.
• Analyze email and webinar metrics at a first level.
• Provide day-of-production support for live webinars.
