Ciena Corporation is seeking a capable marketing operations specialist to own Marketo builds for webinar and event emails. You will QA program elements, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and drive audience engagement with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across email campaigns, landing pages, and forms, with strong collaboration during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Experience building or supporting email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated marketing programs.
• Knowledge of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, suppression logic, personalization tokens, send scheduling, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with marketing performance data collection and interpretation for email and webinar metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Marketo builds and execution for webinar and event email programs.
• Configure and QA Marketo elements: smart lists, campaigns, tokens, forms, pages, scheduling, suppression logic.
• Collaborate with webinar and email teams to align with strategy and standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate requirements and timelines.
• Analyze email and webinar metrics and generate reports.
• Support live webinars with day-of-production technical help.
