Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an Deployment and Implementation Architect to deploy and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center for enterprise clients. You will own hands-on configuration, testing, cutovers, and post-go-live support while collaborating with customers and internal teams.

You will configure locations, call routing, IVRs, and agent setups, while troubleshooting connectivity, SIP, and QoS issues.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center.
Strong knowledge of SIP, PSTN, Local Gateway, dial plans, call routing, codecs, and QoS.
Experience configuring IVR flows, queues, and skills-based routing.
Network knowledge covering LAN/WAN, VLANs, and voice traffic.
Experience with packet captures, log analysis, Control Hub diagnostics, and call detail records.
Ability to manage cutovers, customer communication, and technical escalations.
Cisco Collaboration certifications, MSP or Professional Services experience, and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure Webex Calling locations, call routing, PSTN connectivity, users, and devices.
Build Webex Contact Center flows, IVRs, queues, skills-based routing, and agent configurations.
Provision and troubleshoot Cisco phones, headsets, and video or room devices.
Perform end-to-end testing of call flows, integrations, connectivity, and failover scenarios.
Lead migrations, cutovers, go-live events, and post-deployment hypercare.
Troubleshoot SIP, call-quality, registration, routing, and connectivity issues.
Create as-built documentation and train customer administrators and support teams.
