Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Enterprise Voice and Contact Center Engineer to deploy and configure cloud-based calling platforms from setup through go-live in Plainsboro Township, New Jersey.

You will build call flows, queues, and routing, provision devices, test functionality, and support migrations and go-live events, with regular travel to customer sites. Cisco Webex Calling expertise and strong troubleshooting skills are required to ensure seamless deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Calling and Contact Center.
• Knowledge of SIP, PSTN, call routing, and voice quality troubleshooting.
• Experience with device provisioning and network fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
• Cisco Collaboration certifications preferred.
