Herc Rentals Inc. seeks an experienced Webex Engineer to design, configure, administer, and support the Cisco Webex Contact Center and associated Webex Calling environment across 607 locations and 145 concurrent agents.

You will own technical health, security, and governance of the contact center, working with multiple teams to ensure high availability. The role requires hands-on engineering, day-to-day administration, and operational support to maintain a secure, well-documented service with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years administering cloud/enterprise contact center platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Calling and Control Hub.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain Webex Contact Center tenant including entry points, queues, teams, skills, and business-hours.
• Design and maintain call routing flows, IVR scripts, prompts, and skills-based routing.
• Configure agent/supervisor desktops, call recording, screen pop, and QM features.
• Integrate contact center with CRM (Salesforce) and reporting platforms via APIs.
• Troubleshoot routing, voice quality, and connectivity; escalate to Cisco TAC as needed.
• Monitor platform health, licenses, and plan releases and changes.
