Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a people manager for the DCS Systems Operations team in the Washington, DC area. You will lead a group responsible for ArcGIS Online and WebEOC, ensuring reliable operation and alignment with mission needs, while guiding tier 2 technical support and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing a team, providing training, and coordinating system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• 3 years supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting DCS systems.
• Provide tier 2 IT support for WebEOC/ArcGIS Online.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Coordinate staff allocations and performance.
• Oversee system administration and configuration.
