Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for supporting core DCS systems.
• Provide tier 2 IT support and training for WebEOC and ArcGIS Online.
• Evaluate and implement IT solutions to meet mission needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Manage resource allocations and staff performance.
