Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a people manager to lead and develop a team supporting core DCS operational systems, including ArcGIS Online and WebEOC, ensuring reliability and alignment with mission needs.

You will oversee system administration, configuration development, and data management, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, provide tier 2 IT support, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality service in urgent operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with 3 years in supervisory/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team supporting DCS systems to ensure reliability and mission alignment.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Oversee system administration, configuration development, and data management.
• Manage project plans, metrics, and vendor interactions for IT solutions.
• Deliver tier 2 IT support for WebEOC, ArcGIS Online and related systems.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff, managing resource allocations.
