Job summary

Haymarket Media, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Senior Event Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of webcasts, virtual events, and in-person programs on a hybrid schedule.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong project and vendor management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will mentor the Virtual Event Coordinator and drive innovative formats while managing budgets and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of webcast and in-person event management experience with ownership of complex events from planning through execution.
• Strong experience with virtual event and webcast platforms, including live broadcasts, webinars, and other digital event formats.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Haymarket’s webcasts and virtual events.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs, timelines, budgets, SOPs, registration/ticketing, vendor management, and post-event reporting.
• Lead in-person events, overseeing timelines, budgets, registration, vendors, and onsite logistics.
• Manage client relationships and enhance experience through proactive communication and delivery.
