Qualifications

• Experience managing a school or organization's website.
• Knowledge of SIS/CMS systems such as Blackbaud and Canvas.
• Ability to optimize content for accessibility and search engines.
• Capacity to train staff on CMS usage and web tools.
• Experience maintaining a school YouTube channel and digital assets.
• Proven ability to integrate portals, CMSs and databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely web content and update pages regularly.
• Ensure links, photos, and dates are current and accurate.
• Prepare multimedia content for the website and portals.
• Develop e-newsletter templates and drafts for distribution.
• Troubleshoot web delivery, responsiveness and accessibility issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to implement enhancements.
• Use analytics and SEO to expand the school's online reach.
• Train staff and faculty on content management systems.
